Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
As an introductory offer for our first collection, we are offering free domestic shipping for a limited time.
For express shipping, we offer a $25 flat rate shipping charge.
As an introductory offer for our first collection, we are offering a flat rate of $50 for all international customers, for a limited time.
Delivery zones / time frame
Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)
Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed.
We currently do not offer an Express postage service for international deliveries.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Its by Alma is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with the details of your order number and the item that you wish to be returned. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping costs for returning your item will have to be covered by you and shipping costs for the initial purchase are non-refundable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
